GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS — GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ

1. Parties & Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases of recording sessions, production and post-production services offered by GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ (“Studio”, “we”, “us”) to the customer (“Client”, “you”). By completing the purchase on the checkout page you accept these Terms.

2. Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed on the checkout are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. Applicable Estonian VAT at 24% will be added at checkout for taxable supplies in Estonia. For EU B2B customers providing a valid VAT ID, VAT may be reversed according EU rules; proof of VAT registration may be required.

3. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after payment of the deposit equal to 50% of the total price (exclusive of VAT). The remaining balance (50% + VAT) is payable by bank transfer prior to delivery of final files. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until receipt of full payment.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellation more than seven (7) days before the booked session: 50% refund of deposit.
• Cancellation or request to reschedule seven (7) days or less before the session: deposit is non-refundable and retained as cancellation fee. However, one rescheduling may be permitted within 30 days of the original date subject to Studio availability. Additional reschedules are treated as new bookings and require a new deposit.
• No-show without written notice: deposit forfeited.

5. Deliverables & Revisions
Final deliverables (audio / basic video exports) are delivered within 3–5 business days after the session and full payment. One (1) round of minor revision is included. Additional revisions or extended editing are billed per the Add-On rates.

6. Intellectual Property & Licences
Upon full payment, the Client receives exclusive rights to use, distribute and monetize the final deliverables. The Studio retains the right to use short excerpts (max. 60 seconds) for promotional purposes unless Client opts out in writing before the session. Removal of promotional rights can be agreed for an additional fee.

7. Refunds
Refunds are handled per the Cancellation clause. Except for the deposit rules above, we do not provide refunds for services once rendered.

8. Liability & Indemnity
The Studio will provide services with reasonable skill and care. Our liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the total amount paid by the Client under that booking. The Client indemnifies the Studio from any third-party claims arising from materials provided by Client (e.g., copyrighted music without licence).

9. Client Obligations
Client must ensure participants arrive at least 10 minutes before start time. Late arrival may reduce recording duration; overtime will be charged at the applicable hourly rate. Client is responsible for obtaining releases for third-party participants.

10. Data & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with applicable law and our privacy policy. By booking you consent to the processing necessary to provide the services.

11. Force Majeure
The Studio is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Tallinn, Estonia.
